In honor of the Thanksgiving holiday, we will be closed on Thursday, November 23.
Use TOCs to identify new articles published in your favorite journal, magazine or major newspaper. In some cases, TOCs will link to full text articles. State employees can also request full text articles from the Alaska State Library. We can often obtain articles for you fairly easily. We simply ask that you not request multiple articles in a single recent journal issue unless it's really important to your work, because we usually have to pay copyright fees in those cases.
If you are a State employee and do a lot of your reading at home or on the road, please ask us for a username and password for our proxy server. This will allow you to read full text articles from our electronic journals, such as Nature, Scientific American, and Health Affairs.
These titles were included in the Alaska State Library's TOC service for State employees. Click through to set up your own TOC alert or see citations to recent articles. Find more titles by searching on EBSCO, JournalTOCs, or publisher websites.
Hover over each title to learn more, including how to obtain full text articles identified in each TOC.
