Delay Send
Have you ever hit the "Send" button a moment too soon? Or wished you could take care of an email communication now that you'd like someone to actually receive in a week or two? With Outlook, you can delay all email messages so that they're sent several minutes, hours, or days after you click "send". You can also schedule a single message to be sent at a later date.
Note: In Outlook 2007, State Library staff had varying degrees of success with this feature. You might want to try it with a few coworkers before using this feature on a regular basis.
