Eligible institutions are encouraged to apply for two grant programs. The Easy ARPA grant is for making purchases of supplies and equipment needed to assist with maintaining sanitary facilities, encouraging social distancing, and delivering programming. Easy ARPA grants are for $3500; libraries are eligible to receive an additional $2500 to purchase materials for circulation.

Project grants of up to $40,000 are available for individual institutions; projects of regional or statewide reach are eligible for additional funding.
