On Saturday, September 21st, the Sheldon Jackson Museum will observe the 2019 Smithsonian Magazine Museum Day.
Museum Day is an annual celebration of boundless curiosity hosted by Smithsonian magazine. Participating museums and cultural institutions across the country, including the Sheldon Jackson Museum in Sitka, provide free entry to anyone presenting a Museum Day ticket. The Museum Day ticket provides free admission for two people on Saturday, September 21, 2019. Winter hours at the Sheldon Jackson Museum 10a.m. to 4:00p.m, Tuesday through Saturday, except holidays. Winter admission is $5 for adults and $4 for seniors.
