HMC-0408. David Hickok was director of the Arctic Environmental Information and Data Center (1972-1988). The collection includes testimony given by David Hickok and reference files kept by the AEIDC on ANILCA which include position papers and collected materials.

HMC-0377. Neil Bassett worked in the Alaska Office of the U.S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management. The ANILCA materials include meeting records, correspondence, notes, reports, implementation plans, and other documents.

HMC-0660. The Hickel papers include correspondence objecting to sections of ANILCA, and training materials generated by the Institute of the North.

HMC-1180. Walt Parker served as state chairman of the Joint Federal/State Land Use Planning Commission for Alaska, which provided input for the Alaska National Interest Lands and Conservation Act (ANILCA). His collection includes materials related to those efforts.
