PCA 2. Slides and photographs taken during the pipeline construction. Subjects include personnel, equipment, bridge construction, the winter environment, wildlife, pump stations, Port Valdez, the Haul Road and the terminal.
MS 12 Guy Martin was counsel/representative for the State of Alaska in Washington, D.C. during pipeline lobbying for the Trans Alaska Pipeline System (TAPS). This is the information file which he maintained on congressional legislation, correspondence, studies, and information relative to pipeline construction.
