- Make sure you have Zoom downloaded and installed, then open the application.
- Click on Join Meeting (preferably not signed in).

- Input Meeting ID and your name (this is not the Host Key).

- When asked, input the passcode for the meeting.

- You should now be in the meeting.
- To claim host, click on the participants button at the bottom of the page.

- Click on claim host.

- Input Host Key received from the Library representative.

- You are now the host of the meeting and your meeting can begin.
