What I Do
Online With Libraries (OWL) Program implementation, under the guidance of the OWL Program Manager
- Manage OWL Program grants, which subsidize internet costs to public libraries
- Administrate and promote Zoom-based videoconference network, which connects public and combined school/public libraries with premium Zoom licenses at no cost
- Provide reference services for matters related to the OWL Program, including internet funding information, videoconference support, technology assistance, and digital literacy training
